CM as an event has always been to inspire and recognise talented F&B personnels.” Remarked Ms Shirley Lai, Organising Chairlady of Culinaire Malaysia 2025 and Vice President of MAH. There is a fundamental connection between hospitality and gastronomy. MAH hopes, by supporting and investing in our culinary standards, we indirectly advance and benefit the hospitality industry as a whole.

Additionally, this edition of Culinaire Malaysia will see it host the Global Chefs Challenge Asian Regional Semi-Final. Competitors from all over the region will converge for the prestigious opportunity to represent Asia and advance to the Global Chefs Challenge Finals, set to take place at the 2026 Worldchefs Congress & Expo in Wales.
