The 17^th edition of the biggest Food and Hotel Malaysia (FHM) exhibition, Malaysia’s biennial premier trade-only food and hospitality exhibition, will take place from 19 September – 22 September 2023 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

FHM 2023 provides the most ideal platform for industry players to network and create business opportunities. The four-day event is expected to draw 1,500 participating brands and companies featuring 8 international pavilions and 25,000 quality trade buyers, enabling new business connections and propelling innovation within the food and hospitality community.

FHM 2023 will feature new highlights in biodegradable products, industry 4.0 technologies, innovative hospitality solutions, nutritive plant-based alternatives in two new zones namely the Plant-Based Terrace and Sustainability Hub. Knowledge sharing activities such as wine education, industry seminars and live cooking demonstrations will also be held concurrently during the show.

Jointly organised by the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH), this year’s event anticipates the return of Culinaire Malaysia, dubbed as the ‘Malaysian Battle of the Chefs’ with over 1,500 culinary professionals taking part to showcase their stunning skills and talents in various disciplines and categories.
