Launching of Firefly Aircraft Livery & #GOJALANLAH Campaign
On the 4th of
June 2022, the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) had launched an
aircraft livery advertising and the #GoJalanLah campaign in an effort to
promote the country’s domestic tourism sector. The campaign was launched by YB
Dato’ Sri Hajah Nancy Haji Shukri, MOTAC’s Minister at Sky Park RAC Industrial
Park Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam and was a partnership between Tourism Malaysia
and Firefly Airlines.
The campaign is expected to run
from the 1st of June this year until the 31st of May 2023. Through this
campaign, the exterior of Firefly’s plane, also known as the fuselage, will be
decorated with the Cuti-Cuti Malaysia logo and its interior will have creative
visuals of interesting tourism products as well as Tourism Malaysia 50th
Anniversary celebration logo.
The launch was attended by
MAH’s Madam President Christina Toh and Honorary Secretary General Dato’ Megat
Shahrul Azman Abas. Other attendees to the event include Tourism Malaysia
Director- General, Datuk Zainuddin Abdul Wahab and Firefly Chief Executive
Officer, Philip See.
